In 2016, during a work trip to Hawaii, I attended a breathwork class where the Kumu described the group as "humans beaming."
The phrase stayed with me.
Over the years, I found myself returning to it again and again. The more I reflected on its meaning, the more it felt like something worth building around.
Not a fashion brand.
A subtle daily reminder.
A reminder to embrace who you are, value what makes you different and show up as your authentic self.
That idea eventually became Best Human Beaming.

FROM AN IDEA TO A BRAND.
I wasn't interested in creating yet another clothing brand chasing trends.
I wanted to create something simpler.
Clothing people reached for again and again.
Clothing that felt comfortable, timeless and easy to wear.
Pieces that become part of everyday life.
WHY BLACK?
Because black simplifies things.
Black works on a Monday morning and a Saturday evening.
One colour.
Fewer decisions.
more focus on the person wearing it.

Best Human Beaming started with a phrase, but over time it became something much more personal.
For me, it represents a reminder to embrace who we are, imperfections and all.
To spend less time comparing ourselves to others and more time appreciating what makes us unique.
To choose simplicity where we can.
To make room for the things that matter most.
The clothing is only one part of that story.
My hope is that when you wear Best Human Beaming, you're reminded to show up as yourself, trust your own path and let your personality shine through.
