Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Best Human Beaming, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality products that are tailored just for you. As each item is printed on demand and customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist if there are any issues with your order.
OUTSOURCING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
We outsource our printing to a company called Inkthreadable, which manufactures and ships our products directly to you. It is rare that an item is sent defective, as there are several quality checks along the way. However, if and when this arises, we will work with our partners to correct any defective or faulty issues.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To process your claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach our customer service team at connect@besthumanbeaming.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: To help us address your concern quickly, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with the packaging.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions on how to return the item or may approve your claim without the need for a return, depending on the circumstances. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items
- Change of Mind: As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you made a mistake with your order for example: you ordered the wrong size. Our products come with accurate size charts for your convenience.
- Washed Items: We do not accept returns for products that have been washed not following the washing label guidelines. Please adhere to the care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your product.
- Wear and Tear: We do not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, or any damages caused by misuse or neglect.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
UK AND EU RETURNS GUIDELINES
Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, we are required to inform you that you have a right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your product. However, as our products are made to order this right does not apply under the exemptions for bespoke items.
